1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the Mart4trade platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

2. Platform Description

Mart4trade is a B2B marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of industrial goods, raw materials, manufactured products, and related services within India and globally. We facilitate business connections but are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1. Account Accuracy

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2. Seller Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, availability, and compliance with applicable laws. Mart4trade reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable regulations.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent product information.
• Use the platform to spam, phish, or engage in any deceptive practice.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the platform without written permission.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe any intellectual property rights of Mart4trade or third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mart4trade platform — including logos, design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of Mart4trade or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Mart4trade platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any product or service listed on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mart4trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform or any transaction conducted through it. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you, if any, in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana, India.

9. Changes to Terms

Mart4trade reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
