Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These Terms are the contract between you and Mart4Trade Technologies Private Limited (CIN U73100HR2026PTC149060), a private company limited by shares incorporated in India on 11 August 2026, which operates Mart4Trade, for www.mart4trade.com, seller websites and stores we host, Join Free / Sell on Mart4Trade, inquiry and quote forms, Call and WhatsApp, membership and billing (the “Platform”).
By using the Platform you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a company, you have authority to bind it. If you do not accept, do not use the Platform. If a Hindi or other translation differs from this English text, English controls.
1. What Mart4Trade is — and is not
Mart4Trade is a B2B discovery and lead platform. We help buyers find suppliers and help sellers be found. We may host a seller profile or website as part of a Free or promotional plan.
We are a venue, not a party to your deal. Price, quality, GST invoice, delivery, warranty and payment sit between buyer and seller. We do not take title to goods and we do not charge a commission on the underlying trade unless a separate written product says otherwise.
Intermediary. Listings, photos and inquiry text are user-generated. We host and transmit them; we do not author them, we do not choose who you inquire with, and we do not rewrite a commercial offer as your agent. We will act on a court or authorised-government order, and on a valid user complaint, as the Information Technology Act and the Intermediary Guidelines require — including hiding or removing content where those rules say we must. Badges and a website we built are not a guarantee of credit, safety or licence. Do your own checks before you send money, samples or goods.
2. Who may use the Platform
You must be 18 or older and able to contract. The Platform is for business use. We may refuse or limit an account if information looks false or activity looks abusive. You may not assign your login, seller website or membership without our written consent.
3. Accounts and accurate information
Give a real company name, working mobile, working email and a business address that matches how you trade. Keep GST, products and photos current. You are responsible for activity under your login.
We may contact you by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp about OTP, inquiries and membership even if the number is on a DND list, because those are service messages. Promotions can be stopped as in the Privacy Policy. We may verify GST and documents and withhold or remove a badge if the facts do not hold.
4. Seller listings, photos and websites
You grant Mart4Trade a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, crop, cache, index and reasonably promote public listing material. Delete the content or close the account to withdraw that licence, subject to backups and legal archives. Photos must be of your goods or services (or clearly marked as illustrative). Do not impersonate another company.
A seller website or subdomain we assign is a service feature, not property we transfer. We may change or retire a URL if it conflicts with a brand, breaks these Terms, or we rebuild hosting. We will try to give notice.
5. Buyers, inquiries, Call and WhatsApp
An inquiry, Get Latest Price, call-back or WhatsApp request lets us pass your name, company, mobile, email and requirement to that seller and keep a copy. Do not spam or harvest contacts. Sellers must use buyer data only to answer that requirement — not to sell the list.
Fraud warning. Never pay a “Mart4Trade verification fee” to a personal UPI. We will not ask for your bank password or OTP. If a deal is rushed and off-platform, stop and write to helpdesk@mart4trade.com.
6. What you must not do
- post false, defamatory, obscene, hateful or illegal content, or content that harms minors;
- list goods Indian law forbids, or that infringe someone else’s IP;
- scrape the directory, clone our catalogue, or overload the Platform;
- share logins, phish, launder money, or run a pyramid scheme;
- use the Platform for an offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000 or other law;
- upload prohibited synthetic media to deceive buyers or sellers.
We may remove content, hide a listing, close an account, and share facts with law enforcement when required.
7. Restricted and banned goods
Do not list, advertise or inquire in order to trade:
- weapons, explosives, ammunition, or instructions to make them;
- counterfeit, replica or stolen goods;
- adult sexual content or services;
- illegal drugs, scheduled narcotics, or unlicensed prescription medicines;
- human organs, or wildlife contrary to Indian law;
- hazardous waste or banned chemicals without the right licence;
- malware, spyware, or tools sold to steal credentials;
- lottery, gambling or money-circulation schemes that Indian law forbids;
- tobacco, pan-masala or alcohol where a public listing would break the law that applies to you;
- any item whose sale, export or advertising is prohibited in India.
Licensed industrial or healthcare sellers must still hold the permits the law requires. We may remove a listing that looks unsafe even if you dispute the category.
8. Intellectual property
The Mart4Trade name, logo, layout and software are ours or our licensors’. Do not clone the Platform. To report a listing that infringes your mark or copyright, email legal@mart4trade.com with the URL, your rights, and a statement that the notice is true. Taking a listing down is not a court finding; leaving it up is not a finding that you have no rights.
9. Membership, Free plans, payments and refunds
Free and time-bound Starter offers are as published. Paid fees buy marketplace services (visibility, website, support), not a share of your customer’s payment. GST on our invoice follows Indian tax rules. You handle GST on your own sales.
Refunds:
- Duplicate payment for the same plan — we refund the extra credit after we confirm it.
- We never started the paid service within 14 days of the paid start date, and the delay is our fault — refund or time credit, your choice.
- You cancel after the period has started — no refund unless the offer text or a signed order says otherwise, or we agree in writing.
- We withdraw a paid feature for a reason that is not your breach — we may extend time or refund a fair unused portion, at our discretion.
- Chargebacks in bad faith may lead to suspension.
- Buy-lead unlocks — a consumed lead from your quota is not refunded because the contact was already shown. Unused quota at plan expiry lapses unless the plan text says it rolls over.
Buy Trade Leads and similar unlock products are marketplace services: you pay to see a buyer’s (or applicant’s) contact. You must use that contact only to quote or hire for that requirement. Reselling unlocked contacts is a breach and can close the account without a refund of used credits.
10. Reviews and ratings
If the Platform shows reviews or ratings, they must reflect a genuine trade experience. We may hide or remove reviews that are fake, defamatory, paid-for without disclosure, or off-topic. A review is the reviewer’s opinion, not ours.
11. Export and cross-border deals
If you sell or buy across a border, you — not Mart4Trade — handle IEC, customs, documentation, Incoterms, sanctions and dual-use rules. A listing that says “export” is the seller’s claim. We do not clear shipments or hold escrow unless a separate written product says so.
12. Third-party sites and tools
Maps, GST portals, WhatsApp, payment gateways and a seller’s own website have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or downtime.
13. Privacy
What is public on a listing and what is sent only to a seller on an inquiry is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
14. Disclaimer
The Platform is “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant complete search, unbroken uptime, or that a listed company is solvent or honest. City and category copy may contain errors.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or consequential loss from the Platform or from a deal with another user. If we are nevertheless liable, our total cap is the fees you paid us in the six months before the claim, or ₹5,000 if you paid nothing — except liability the law says cannot be limited (for example proven fraud by us).
16. Your indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Mart4Trade against claims and reasonable legal costs from your listings, your products, your breach, or your dispute with another user — except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control: flood, fire, epidemic, war, strike, government order, power or fibre cut, or failure of a payment rail or cloud region we do not operate. We will resume the service when it is reasonable to do so.
18. Suspension and closure
You may ask us to close the account. We may suspend or close for breach, long inactivity, legal risk, or to protect other users. After closure, search copies may take time to clear. Serious breach: do not open a new account under another name without our written invitation.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms when the product or the law changes. The date at the top is current. Continued use is acceptance. Canonical page: /term-of-use.
20. Notices, law and disputes
Notices to you may go to the email or mobile on the account. Formal legal notices to us must be sent to the box below (email plus, for court papers, the physical address). These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Palwal / Faridabad, Haryana, have exclusive jurisdiction, without taking away a forum that the law gives you (for example a consumer commission, if it has power).

If one clause is invalid, the rest stay. Headings are for reading only. Our failure to enforce a clause once is not a waiver. These Terms do not create a partnership, employment or agency with you. We may assign the Platform to a successor; you may not assign your account without our written consent. These Terms replace earlier website terms on the same subject, except a signed paid-plan order, which wins on price and duration.
21. Report a listing or scam
If a listing or buyer looks fake
Email helpdesk@mart4trade.com and legal@mart4trade.com with the URL, screenshots and your mobile. We can hide a listing and warn users. We cannot recover money you sent to another company. File a police complaint for a criminal fraud.
